1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children (OLFC) Charitable Fundraising Campaign (the "Campaign"), organized by Bourbon for the Cause, a business dedicated to uniting bourbon enthusiasts to support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. By participating, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy at
THIS LINK HERE. The Campaign offers exclusive bourbon experiences to benefit OLFC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing legal representation and advocacy for abused and neglected children. For questions, contact Bourbon Cause Crew at sip@bourbonforthecause.com or (405) 757-0872.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Residents of Alabama, Hawaii, and other states with restrictive giveaway laws are ineligible. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Bourbon for the Cause, OLFC, or reward partners are not eligible. Participants must provide valid contact information and verify their age upon request.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on June 6, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on October 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST ("Campaign Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Campaign Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase or payment is required to participate, and participation does not enhance reward eligibility. You may participate for free via the form on the campaign page, providing your name, email, phone number, and age verification. Alternatively, purchase participation entries through the campaign page. All participants, free or paid, are treated equally. Phone numbers serve as unique identifiers; email confirmations are sent for all entries, with receipts for purchases. Receipt or transaction numbers are not entry numbers. Multiple entries using different contact information or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification. Entries are non-transferable and become the property of Bourbon for the Cause.
5. Rewards
The Campaign offers the following rewards, subject to availability and legal restrictions:
Grand Reward: One (1) 8-bottle Ultimate Weller Collection, including Daniel Weller Wheated, William Larue Weller, Weller Single Barrel, Weller C.Y.P.B., Weller Full Proof, Weller 12-Year, Weller Antique 107, and Weller Special Reserve, approximate retail value $6,500.
Runner-Up Rewards: Five (5) Bottles of Weller Full Proof approximate retail value $250.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at Bourbon for the Cause’s discretion. If a reward is unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, or costs associated with rewards, including income tax, which will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099-MISC if applicable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) Grand Reward winner and five (5) Runner-Up Reward winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 27, 2025. The odds of receiving a reward depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their reward, providing age verification and a valid U.S. shipping address. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the reward, an alternate winner may be selected at Bourbon for the Cause’s discretion. The drawing will be announced on the Bourbon for the Cause Facebook Page on October 27, 2025, at 6 PM CST, subject to winners’ consent.
7. Reward Delivery
Rewards will be delivered via insured express shipping (signature and age verification required) to a U.S. address permitted by law within thirty (30) days of winner verification, or available for in-person pickup at 16328 Muirfield Place Suite #22, Edmond, OK 73013, upon request. If shipping is restricted in the winner’s state (per [37A O.S. § 3-106](https://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocumentIndex.aspx?CiteID=480667)), an alternative reward (e.g., cash equivalent or substitute prize) will be provided. In-person delivery by Bourbon for the Cause staff may occur with winner consent. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees, reportable to the IRS if applicable.
8. Data Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, email address, phone number, age verification) as described in our Privacy Policy at [insert privacy policy link]. Your information will be used for Campaign administration, winner notification, and promotional communications related to Bourbon for the Cause and OLFC. You may opt out of communications via the unsubscribe link in emails.
9. Nonprofit Support
All net proceeds from purchased entries, after operational expenses (e.g., marketing, reward fulfillment), are donated to OLFC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting abused and neglected children through legal representation and advocacy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bourbon for the Cause, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from Campaign participation or reward acceptance, except as required by law. Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties. Bourbon for the Cause is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other issues beyond its control.
11. General Conditions
The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Bourbon for the Cause reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign due to fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its control, with notice provided on the Campaign page. Participants who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the entry process may be disqualified. Bourbon for the Cause’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Campaign.
